Personal Training

Our personal trainers will waste no time in getting you moving. During your initial visits you will undergo a health history assessment and musculoskeletal screening. We may simultaneously incorporate the help of one of our physical therapists if you have any musculoskeletal issues that need attention. This team approach is a niche that we employ that many clients appreciate if they have any old injuries or recurrent pain in their back, neck, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, ankles or feet. If you have any of these problems, you have probably run into roadblocks with exercising on your own, at a club, or with other fitness companies.

 

We have also partnered with a Milwaukee orthopedic physician group for a simple body composition scan that is affordable, more accurate than other methods, and produces an understandable report that will motivate you with the truth about your body fat percentage and lean muscle mass. It also provides an excellent baseline for retesting and checking your progress later on.

 

Once you commit to a schedule and regular sessions, you will quickly note improvements in your posture, flexibility, and breathing. Home or club exercises will be supplemented as part of your plan. As you continue to implement your individualized plan, you will see and feel improvements in strength, balance, and coordination that you did not realize were missing!
