We obviously welcome your referrals of patients that you feel we may be able to help. Please read below if you are looking for more of a consultation and ideas for continuing treatment yourself. However, there are many reasons why you may wish to refer a patient to us for continued treatment.

Or you can have your patient do the same. We are able to bill Medicare, AHC, HCN, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield United of Wisconsin. We bill all other insurance companies as “out of network” providers. We like to have patients well informed about their coverage before starting treatment and ask them to call their insurance company to be aware of their coverage. 

Note: We do have a cash rate for clients without coverage.
