1. “Create a habit”: Supervised in-clinic exercise training program to accomplish 6-8 weeks of consistency in exercise
2. “Convenience”: 3-4 times per week attendance without appointment
3. “Continuity”: One 15-30 minute session per week with physical therapist for manual mobilization as needed and adjustment of exercise program
