Youth Athletic Training Never Ends

 

With sports already started for youth athletes, now is the time to keep strength, conditioning, and agility going! Our athletic trainers and strength and conditioning specialists at Body Mechanics will be leading individuals and groups through sessions aimed at getting bodies tuned up for the sport specific demands of football, soccer, volleyball, cross country, wrestling, basketball and even spring sports.

 

Training will consist of core trunk stabilization, strength training with weights and gravity for functional sports simulation movement. A logical progression of conditioning will also be designed and progressed. Consider this a tune up that will give you an edge on your competition and a great start to whatever sport is yours.

 

Sessions will be held at our well-equipped Pewaukee facility (just east of Hwy 16 on Capitol Drive). Athletes can sign up as individuals or with friends and teammates for discounted group pricing. We are offering the following pricing packages. All fees are paid in advance and scheduled by appointment.  There are no refunds for missed sessions.

 

Individual one-on-one sessions by appointment             $65/session

            (2-3 times per week)

 

Groups of 2-3 by appointment                                      $35/session

            (2-3 times per week)

 

Groups of 4-8 by appointment                                      $15/session

            (2-3 times per week)
