Functional strength training with sport cords, medicine balls, free weights, fitballs, rollers and other unique tools are fun and effective ways to improve lean muscle mass and bone density with tremendous gains in balance and coordination. You will feel the results of your hard, but smart work in your daily function, recreation, and sport pursuits. Your program can be created to be sport specific for activities such as running, skiing, tennis, golf, or just chasing down your kids and grandkids.
